1. Tyto zájezdy jsou pro skupinu maximálně osmi osob. Poplatek zahrnuje výdaje za ubytování, dopravu a stravu.
2. Všechny oblasti, kde budeme hledat, jsou zemědělské polnosti, pro které jsem získal písemné povolení jejich majitelů. Majitelé obdrží poplatek.
3. Nebudeme hledat na žádných archeologických nalezištích.
4. Hledáme maximálně do hloubky 30 cm. Budeme mít k dispozici českého archeologa, který pomůže s identifikací nálezů. Všechny naše aktivity budou naprosto legální.
5. Veškeré hodnotné nálezy zůstávají na území ČR a jsou nabídnuty muzeu.
6. Nebudeme dělat nic, co by uškodilo českým hledačům a co by je vrhlo do špatného světla.
7. Jste srdečně zváni! Budeme rádi, když se k nám připojíte. Strava na místě zajištěna zdarma.
8. Touto činností nevyděláváme žádné peníze. Účastníci platí pouze ze ubytování, dopravu, stravu a poplatky majitelům pozemků. Na oplátku jezdíme na obdobné zájezdy do Británie.
9. Letos jsem utratili na Kolínsku téměř tři čtvrtě milionu korun, které přímo podpořily ekonomiku regionu.
10. Je škoda, že  - na rozdíl od jiných států - česká vláda neposkytuje prostředky na propagaci spolupráce mezi archeology a hledači jako např. ve Velké Británii, kde jsou nálezy náodměňovány a vykupovány muzei.
