11 day tour packages which include airport pick up, 12 nights accomodation, breakfast and lunch, all transport to and from hunting locations and airport return afterwards.

Notes:

All day trips are now included in your package. Possible for next year:  Kutna Hora, Prague, flight around Kolin in 6 passenger aircraft, Plzener Urquell brewery tour, but I'm always up for new ideas!

Returning guests automatically recieve $100 discount. New or returning guests that are interested in both back to back Spring tours? Add another $100 discount.

We will also have a new format for all tours, both 10 and 20 day events, which is 5 days detecting, one day off for rest, relaxation or day trips, laundry and shopping, and 5 days detecting. 

1. Tours will consist of no more than 14 people.
2. Accomodation is for two people per suite in most cases, and rollaway beds can always be provided.
3. Seeing the flucuations in the dollar and pound the last few months, if you are planning to attend any tour, it is advisable to buy Czech crowns near your departure date from the United States or the United Kingdom, as the exchange rate should return to a lower dollar/pound to the crown rate by that time when our economy kicks back in(and don't we all hope!). Right now, the dollar is worth about 15 crowns, it should go up to 20-25 by next year, so let's just all keep our fingers crossed!  
4. There will be a terms, conditions and responsibility notice that will be sent with your application that must be signed and returned before your deposit can be accepted.
5. At this time, prorating of tour dates cannot be applied. Tours are rated at 10 or 20 days regardless of actual dates attended. Exceptions will be made in case of emergency return to guests home. 
6. Guests who arrive earlier than scheduled dates will have accomodation provided automatically, but will be responsible for any additional room charges, which will range from $45-$50.
   
7. Guests who arrive before or leave after tour dates agree to use public transportation if needed to and from the Prague airport.
8. It is our responsibility and promise to you, our guest, to provide you with the most enjoyable detecting holiday we can provide. If there is anything at all we can do to make it more enjoyable, we are here to listen and will do all we can to fulfill that promise.

There will be a $450USD non-refundable deposit that will be due no later than 60 days prior to your scheduled departure for the Czech Republic, with the remaining amount will be due no later than 7 days prior to your arrival.
